I started to think that paypal has one of the worst customer service ever!
I've been trying to report a fraudlant seller for days, but whenever i go o the resolution center and click 'continue' after choosing the transaction, i get this message:
"Let's try that again Looks like something went wrong on our end. Let's try that again."
I sent to paypal asking them to help, and i specifically told them about the 'resolution center' not working. but all i got back was someone copy/pasting how to submit a dispute! that is: go to the 'resolution center'!! It's a damn loop!!! lol
did anyone had an issue like this before? and how did you deal with it?
