Hi
Wondering if someone can advise me as paypal are not helping with my complaint I booked flights with Monarch Airlines over the stated 180 days resolution thus paypal are not pursuing my claim help

I'm guessing you did not fund your paypal payment via a credit card? In which case not a lot you can do i'm afraid.

180 days is the limit as pointed out in the User Agreement.
Transaction eligibility for PayPal’s Purchase Protection program
You must open a dispute within 180 days of the date you sent the payment, then follow the online dispute resolution process. For Pay After Delivery transactions you must open your dispute within 180 days of the date of your transaction.

if you have used your credit card,why not ask your credit card issuer?
worse part is ,you are not even a creditor in line,Paypal is/
