I had to pay additional postage to receive my package because the seller sent the package with the wrong postage, and paypal resolution said this was ok? anyone know why this is all right? Cost me an additional 53.08 which was not negotiated nor agreed to during, or after auction.

and where is the seller?

USPS has a system where they check packages,and bill Ebay or Paypal for insufficient postage,and EBay or paypal will bill the seller,but it is for domestic shipments.

you should have refused the package instead
