my package was stolen from my front porch. I have security cameras surrounding my property so I have evidence of the package being stolen. I alerted the people i bought the stolen goods from and they told me to alert paypal and that paypal will give me a full refund. however, paypal said they will not because the order is marked as delivered. i completed a police report and even sent copies to vendor and paypal but they still won't give me a refund. this is very disheartening and I am no longer going to use paypal if this does not get resolved. I spent a lot of money on what I ordered.

Why is it paypals fault that your item got stolen?

Do you blame your credit card company if you pay for an item with your c.c. and it gets stolen?

Of do you blame your bank if you wrote a cheque and the item was delivered and stolen!!

Claim of your insurance company if you can and if not then file a police report and hope they catch the thieves.

when you allow the carrier to leave shipments unattended,then you must accept the risk it couldbe stolen,

Paypal would only reimburse you if tracking does not show it has been delivered.
