How to sell multiple quantities of multiple items, and include shipping for the whole order

Trying hard to come up with a way to allow customers to purchase variable quantities of multiple items and include shipping for the whole order. I am stuck trying to figure out the best button to use. Help!!

What you have in mind is possible however, the results you have in mind may not be possible using the online button creator.  This feature does have it's limitations.

You may want consider setting up a mini-cart.  Mini-carts function in the same manor as most 3rd party shopping carts, both do all of the calculations on your web site or page first, then use the "upload" method to pass the end results to the PayPal Checkout Screens.

Mini-carts are usually custom and have some scripting running behind the scenes to manage the logic.

If programming your own stuff is not something you want to get into, you may find a 3rd party cart that has the features you need or you may want to seek the assistance of a Developer.
