I want to know that I had my account with paypal and didn't login for long time. Today I want to use that account and while login for account, paypal asking me to verify that account before login. and want to text or call my number but that number is already lost and I m no more using this number.

You will need to call PayPal customer service to see if there is any way to verify your account identity.
Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go from there.
PayPal needs to have identity checks in place to prevent hacking and faudulent use. If a user forgets basic account identity information, there is not likely much PayPal can do. All you can do is call, unless you can locate you important account information in your physical files.
