PayPal's new User Interface is such a joke.  For anyone experiecing this problem, the trick is to first go to the "Wallet" section at the top of the screen, and THEN click on "Classic Site" at the bottom.  Once the site loads, makes sure you are on the "My personal info" tab that's listed on the left.  Once there, click on the "Update" link located at the right of the "Address" section in the center of the page.  This should take you to where you can manage your addresses and allow you to add/remove whatever address you'd like.

This doesn't always work (because it didn't work for me).

It will not let you remove addresses that it has attached to a credit card.

The real issue is not being able to remove an address from the credit card itself.  They shouldn't even allow more than one address on a card.

If you update an address on a credit card, it will keep previous addresses in a drop down menu .... and you cannot remove the previous addresses in that drop down menu without calling PayPal

I keep receiving the "Before you delete this address, go to your Wallet and remove it from your cards." error message. Then, when I attempt to update my Wallet, it just churns and churns and churns and churns. Then the system times out. Paypal's user system needs some serious programming help.

Oh, and when I call Customer Service, I am talking to someone who does not speak English as a first language. And that is after 20 minutes on hold.
