Can't access 'Profile'

Hi,

 

I'm currently trying to de-activate my account. I can log in fine and access everything as normal but when I try to click on my profile the server times out and says I've been redirected too many times? I have tried this on my PC, laptop, phone and iPad and get the same result on all of them. This is obviously an issue as there is no way I can remove my debit card and de-activate the account without this access. Was just wondering if anyone else has the same problem or knows how to fix it?

Contact customer services and they should be able to remove your financial info and close it for you.
