Can't add Capital One 360 account

Hi, I'm trying to add my Capital One 360 accounts to PayPal but I keep getting a message saying "unable to process request, try again later". Does PayPal not support Capital One 360? I've copied and pasted the the account numbers and routing numbers so I know they were correct. Any ideas? Thanks!

Why is there an icon for Capital One 360 if it's not supported? It's misleading.
