Country Setting

I am from Malaysia, but in setting paypal stated that I'm from US. I can't edit it. 

Can someone please help me?

I think this is also one of the reason i cannot link/add my bank account. =(

You would need to remove any financial info > close that account > re-open an account in your own country.
