Debit card link to my paypal account

I have a paypal account that has money in it and I can't get access to it. How do I link a paypal card that I already have activated to my paypal account

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. 🙂

You can transfer money from your PayPal account to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard® by registering your permanent card to your PayPal account.

To register your permanent card to your PayPal account, you must:

• Have a PayPal Prepaid MasterCard® in your name.
• Have a Verified PayPal account.
• Have the following information validated on your PayPal account: Name, SSN or ITIN, date of birth, and confirmed address.

Here's how to use your Prepaid MasterCard:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/prepaid and log in to your PayPal Prepaid MasterCard® account (Note: If you receive a message that says we're unable to find a prepaid card account linked to the email address provided, please click the link that says register online)
2. Click PayPal Transfers under "Add/Manage Money."
3. If this is the first time you've used "PayPal Transfer," click Ok. If this is not the first time, you don't need to confirm this step.
4. Log in on this screen by entering the email address and password you have registered on your PayPal account.
5. Click Grant Permission.
6. After you receive the "Success" message, click Return to PayPal Prepaid.

Once you're back on the Prepaid MasterCard site, you can continue the transfer.

Here's how to complete your transfer:

1. Select From PayPal Account (balance) to PayPal Prepaid MasterCard (balance).
2. Enter the transfer amount.
3. Click Continue.
4. Click Continue to confirm that all details are correct.
5. Click OK twice to grant permission. You will be re-directed to log in to your PayPal account. If you see a Windows security warning, click Yes to be redirected to the PayPal site.
6. On the PayPal site, log in to your PayPal account.
7. Click Approve.
8. Click Return.
9. Click Continue after returning to the Prepaid MasterCard site.

The transfer is completed once you see the "Finished" message. The balance in the Prepaid MasterCard online account should now reflect the balance transfer.

Please note: You can transfer up to $300.00 per day, and a total of $2000.00 in a rolling 30 day timeframe.

you site is not working it wont let me transfer any money from my paypal account to the card where you see the balance of you paypal its nothing but ()
