Do i need to include my middle name?

Hi guys im kinda new here  in paypal, here's my question

Do i need to include my middle name in the "Add bank" option?

Only if your middle name is on your bank account statements.  All name and address info must match, else you run into issues.  What ever you have reregister with the bank is what you should use.
