Dynamic IP Address

Hello,

I think this is the right place to ask about my problem than send an email to Customer Support. Because I always answered by a robot.

Every time I log into Paypal, I always find my account exposure limit, I can and always finish what was requested by Paypal and my account has been restored.

but the next day, I logged back into Paypal, and it happened again, and then obey what Paypal want.

the next day I logged in again, and you can guess what happened.

Once I learned this problem may occur because paypal does not allow me to login with a dynamic IP and this is my big problem, my ISP does not provide a static IP.and if I had to buy a VPS for a static IP that is not possible,  VPS provider at my place still very expensive.

IP given by ISP to me ranged between 114.79.0.x - 114.79.3.x and always changing and always changing when I turn on the modem.

I got to this conclusion because I've got an email from Paypal with a message "Do not access  Paypal via public or proxy connection".

We use DHCP all the time and have for many years and even from different parts of the country.  The IP address is not always the same and never had any issues.  Actually most folks use DHCP in day to day use.  Don't really think that is your issue however, not sure exactly what it really is.
