How can I change my Billing Address?

I recently moved to an apartment but my billing address remained the same, it's my parents house. So, I do not understand why I have this problem. It turns out that on my last purchased I accidently changed my billing address. I was just trying to change my shipping address. I asked them (vista print) if that was going to be a problem, and they said no. In fact, the purchased when through. They told me that for my next purchase to add the right billing address. Now I am trying to buy on a different web page and I can't. It's telling my that I picked my shipping address as my billing address. That is not what I want. They are both different. I want to change my billing address back to where it was.

I have this same problem, my old address i changed to my new address and now it is unconfirmed. why that is happening..

i did that and my billing address is confirmed, however i purchase a galaxy but the shipping address is still unconfirmed on the bill... how is that or it doesnt matter. or maybe because i changed the address just before i purchase the galaxy, but the billing was change too and thats confirm. only the shipping not confirmed..

From PayPal's perspective a "confirmed" address on a purchase means that the shipping address is the same as the billing address. As a seller, you can setup your Account Profile to require a "confirmed" address. If the seller does that, he or she will limit themselves in sales. For example, if a buyer wants an item shipped to another address other than his or her own, this would be an unconfirmed address. If the seller requires a "confirmed" address, the buyer would only be permitted to ship the item to his or her billing address.

the thing is, my billing and shipping address are the same, only the billing is confirmed which is really messed up, because why the shipping not confirmed and it is the same.. stwwww

Hello, Thank you all for your responses.
What my boyfriend told me to do is to add my credit or debit card again and put the right adress. I added the same adress for both, shipping and billing.
I advise you to try and add your credit or debit card once again and add the correct adresses. You can remove your previous credit or debit card choices. That really solved my problem.
