How can i change my American phone number to a Japanese number?

I am over seas and I no longer have my old number. The Japanese number has two extra numbers so the site won't let me add my new number. What do I do?

Paypal is country specific so you can't change addresses / phone numbers if you move countries.

What you should do is open a paypal account in the country you are now in and add that countries address / phone number and financial info ie cards and bank accounts to it.
