How to change back up funding

I have searched the community and cannot find the answer to my question.  I'm attempting to change/verify my backup funding source and when I search how to do this I find:

To change the backup funding source for an Instant Transfer payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Send & Request near the top of the page.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Change.
6. Select a backup payment method in the drop-down box.
7. Click Continue and complete your payment.

Thiese instructions are how to change the backup funding source using the OLD and MUCH BETTER PayPal system.  I don't find "Send & Request" in the new PayPal system.  How do I do this under the new (and HORRIBLE) PayPal system?

Click "profile bolt icon" at the top 

Under payment settings "pre approved payments"

Set available funding source"
