How to stop pop-up (spam) notifications during checkout??

Reently, a pop-up window shows up when I am checking out after being re-directed to paypal for final checkout.

This popup window from papypal constantly asks questions such as adding a debit card, or signing up for other methods of payment.

How do I turn that off?

It's extremely annoying.

I motion or would like to make the suggestion that Paypal re-change the checkout experience without these pop-ups.

It's not relevant for users of Paypal, like myself, that don't even have debit cards.

I shall post to the Feedback forum.

Thanks.

That would be a web browser setting.  You would have to tinker with it as it may or may not affect the checkout process.

I don't see a web browser setting which turns it off. It's never been an issue before. Might be time to look for another online payment service provider.

Unfortunately it's a PayPal thing, you're not going to stop it.

If you're using Payments Standard or another seller is using Payments Standard, what you see is controlled by PayPal. This product has very few options for the checkout experience. You can display a business logo, choose a color theme and tweek one other small thing.  That's it, the rest is totally controlled by PayPal.

Some sites use Payments Pro whereas the checkout experience is totally controlled.  The customer never leaves the site to check out, thus no pop-ups.
