I have an oline marketing business and my clients prefer to pay me through by paypal they do not like 2CO.

I got a payoneer master debit card and i used it a lot of time in pakistan. My question is can i verify my paypal account by payoneer card which was issued to pakistan? While opening an account for paypal there is no pakistan in the list therefor my friend permitted me to use his USA address to open paypal account but he is not agree to verify account with his personal credit/debit card. So can i use payoneer debit master card to verify paypal account?

An Update on Verifying PayPal with Payoneer Master Card.

Verifying Paypal from Payoneer Master Card is practicable since PayPal requires Credit Card Information for its verification purposes. However, there are tweaks and tricks of doing this since the Payoneer Master Card is only used for verification purposes, but a US account is required to withdraw the cash from PayPal.

You must apply directly to Payoneer staff and ask them to give you a US bank account. It is otherwise referred to as Virtual US Account. Once approved.  Add the Payoneer Master Card just like you would do to other cards and PayPal will charge a small fee and send a code in your Payoneer account. You will then lift your withdrawal limit by adding a verification code back to Paypal account. A four digit Pin sent on your Payoneer account.

Then Payoneer Staff will give the details of virtual US account including the name of the Us Account, Account Number and routing number. One you add these, you can withdrawal funds from PayPal to Payoneer and the transfer fee is cheap and takes 2-5 business days. Hi AnasTahir,

The country in which your account is created must be your country of residence. PayPal currently does not offer service in Pakistan. Click here to learn more about the availability of products and services worldwide.

Please remember that the use of false information is a violation of the PayPal User Agreement. Violation of the agreement can lead to limitation and/or account closure for all parties involved. I'd hate for you and your friend to encounter the frustration and inconvenience of that outcome due to a lack of understanding of the rules, so please take a look! 🙂

I agree with you Olivia but as long as one has a valid PayPal account and his/her country is covered by PayPal,  one can capitalize on the Payoneer Offered virtual US bank account which is attached to the Payoneer Master Card issued under their Partners such as oDesk.

This will allow a person to get a Virtual US checking account where he/she can withdrawal the PayPal funds and use the Payoneer Master Card to withdraw the funds all over the world. The Prepaid card works in all Master Card Branded ATM's.

For those countries not covered by PayPal like pakistan, it can't work. I just want to clarify this point.

Thanks,

Francis
