How will i get the Verification Code for the card that i just added on PayPal??

First of all where will i see the code where will it appear in my e-mail, in the paypal dashboard when i log in or where? and second thing that i would like to know is when will i be refunded the 1.50 euros cause i really need them soon to verify a Steam account.

The code has to verify your CARD so why would it be emailed to you?

It will appear on your card statement.

Once you have verified the deposit will be refunded to you but may take up to 30 days to appear on your card.

i don't know i thought maybe i'll get it over the email that's linked up with my paypal however thanks for the quick answer.
