I Can Not Associate or Link my Bank Account - Error Produced

Dear Forum Users or Asistant:

I Can Not Link or Asociate any Bank Account Mine, because it produce me the Following Error:

"Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later".

I have problem because a tried Various Times with the Following Bank Data and my Account:

Routing or Iba Number: 061000052

Bank Name: Bank Of America

My Account Number: <removed> (17 Digits)

I am also having this issue 

when I asked the customer support rep about it they claimed the routing number 061000052 shows as payoneer bank which is considered a prepaid checking account. this is not the case as you can clearly see here http://www.usbanklocations.com/routing-number-061000052.html. This is an error in the paypal database and need to be fixed.

I can only assume this is due to outdated information apparently this was a routing number at some point used be first century bank for this server before aquisition by bank of america some years ago

I'm having the exact same issue. Not being able to attach my account makes Paypal almost completely useless to me. Why is this something that paypal can't update??

I'm not about to change bannks just so I can connect to Paypal.
