Is Visa Electron supported?

Hello, everyone. So I just created my PayPal account and I'm trying to link my Visa Electron card, but it won't work for some reason. First it seemed that I was missing one digit when typing in my card ID number (even though there wasn't one to be found), then after trying to link the card via Wallet option in my account settings I couldn't type in last 2 digits of my number. Furthermore, it seems I cannot type in CSC code properly, because it asks for 3-digit code even though my card appears to have a 4-digit CSC. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm from Serbia.

There are a lot of unanswered threads about VISA Electron.  No one has reported that it is acceptable. PayPal has strict security policies for credit cards.  It seems that some VISA Electron cards are OK and others are not.  It depends partly on the the country where the card is issued. It also depends on what the bank allows to be done with the card.  Some banks may permit use with PayPal and others not.

You could check with the issuing bank to make sure there are no usage restrictions on the card and that the bank allows it to be used with PayPal.  Next, you could provide details about the card, whre it is issued, and where you are located.  You could also contact PayPal and ask.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and make your selections.
