Issue after authentification

Hello,

 

Our company has two paypals accounts, one of them has issue :

 

After successfull authentification, we are redirected to this page https://www.paypal.com/fr/merchantsignup/personalInfo, where we need to update personal information.

 

Even after updating information and clicking on "continue", we got a error message that says : "sorry there is a problem. Please try again later"

 

Anyone had this issue before ?

We contacted by phone the support and giving them same information but they didn't contact us back.

We managed to access to the account, by going directly to this link :
