Hello. I need your help. My Paypal account is limited. I want to activate it. How can I do it? I want to change adress and phone number. please help to do it.
Go to the Resolution Center and resolve those issues. We can't do it for you. We do not have access to people's accounts here.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
