Hi, I am trying to get verified using my Merrill Lynch Edge account. Merrill is owned by BOFA no problem there, when I enter routing info it comes up as Bank of AmericaI. But, enter account number... my account number has 2 letters in it; looks like 12X34X56. The problem is that the letters in the account get removed after I enter the information so it looks like 123456 to the system, that isnt the complete account number so it wouldnt verify. Now what?
