I have had aPaypal account for a number of years and no problems . However twice recently when trying to pay small amounts ie under £20 using PayPal the payment has been split between PayPal and my bank card which I don't understand and didn't complete the transaction. The point of PayPal is not to have to use your card! Can anyone enlighten me?
