i recently switch my banking to the Navy Federal Credit Union. I link it to my Paypal account and it is verified. Now I'm trying to use it via eBay purchase and Ebay billing, but I keep getting a denied payment message. Yes there is money there to pay what is owed. Any suggestions? I thought I would try here before contacting the credit union. I never had this problem in all the years with PayPal and other banks.
You will need to call PayPal customer service or your bank as these are user forums and we have no access people's accounts to know why a payment was denied. It can only be anyone's guess since the account was able to be verified.
