We use TPI app to upload Paypal transactions into QBO (works well !)
We have checked off for the sales tax and shipping to be on our "download history" report, but those #s do not flow over separately on that report. The shipping & sales tax gets lumped in the "gross" column for the item sale.
Does this possibly have anything to do with needing an authorization from our website to paypal to give that shipping and sales tax info ?
