Not Receiving any Confirmation Email at Hotmail to confirm 2nd email later using it as the primary

I am trying to add my hotmail email address as the 2nd email address and later use it as the primary email.  My paypal email address is a yahoo email with which i am having contineous problem reading emails and loging in with that yahoo email...  cannot even read any new email now a days, And that is the reason I want to add a new email account at paypal and use it as the primary.

During last couple of days, I have tried several time to add and Confirm my new email account, but never received any confirmation email from paypal?

1. Is it not possible to confirm the hotmail email address?

2. Then how can I change my primary email address with paypal?

I am in urgent need to have solution of these issues.

Is there anybody from paypal to help me on this issue ?

P.S: If there is any update here sent through my paypal, I probably can not  read that one...!!!

If you want to reach someone at PayPal, a phone call is the best way, especially if you are in a hurry for an answer.

It will be a long wait for someone on the forum to give a specific answer.
