I currently have an old PayPal account that I mistakenly thought I had closed. Come to find out, this account is connected to my primary bank. My new account (that I have had for years) cannot utilize this institution because the old account owns it. What can I do here? I've contacted PayPay and the account is locked on their side. They gave me the login for it, but the email address associated with it has since been closed.
