Paypal Sandbox - No access to "My Selling Tools"

Hey,

I'm trying to get access to a test API Signature from my Developer Account.

I'm able to get access to my Developer account and then can go through to one of my Sandbox accounts. When I try and access the My Selling Tools tab, the page gets stuck in a loop with the loading graphic.

I have tried this in 4 different browsers across 2 platforms (Mac & PC), clearing cache and cookies in all.

Some of the threads I've read say this has been fixed. It's still not working here in New Zealand.

Any help appreciated as I've already lost a day on this.

Same issue here - never loads the page.

Hey guys,

This was the solution for me as I only needed access to my API Signature. You have to be logged into your DEV account first. Once logged in, try the link below.

Try the direct link:

Received a response to my ticket that does allow me to access this page; but, it's a workaround:

Thank you for contacting PayPal Merchant Technical Services.

After deleting cookies can you please logging using one of the following url?

1. Login to your developer account.

https://developer.paypal.com/

2. Login to a sandbox account:

https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run

3. Copy and paste this link into a new window.

https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-website-payments

You should be able to see the page provide in the screen shot.
