Got an email from <removed> today, with the following message.

Hello LegendOfChiang,

You have received a private message in the PayPal Community.

Please click (link) to access the community. You will need to login before you can read your message.

I didn't click the link or log in, but is this real?

I would answer but as you couldn't be bothered to say thank you last time i took the time to answer i am reluctant to do so.

I answer lots of posts every day and all it takes is a thank you when you get a reply.

I forgot this forum existed, as the issue was resolved right after my last post. I'll post a thanks and give you a kudos on the last post.

Anyway, anyone experience this email problem?

Not a scam i have heard of.

But if someone replies to a post you started then you often get an email to tell you .

HOWEVER if it was a real private message it would show on the black "person" figure top right of this board and it would have a blue 1 by it to show you that you had a message.

if you click on the black head / shoulders private messages are listed 3 down on the list.
