$Transfer stay logged in to PP & PPpre.master

I am having a hard time with my $ Transfer. I have no bank acct. for a reason,but do have a PPPRE.MASTER card/debit All hints,tips advice welcome Thanx

If you have a US PayPal account you can only transfer $ to bank account.
