I moved to another country some time ago and registered my paypal account, it seemed fine because i could verify it using my bank account and card, however, now paypal notifies me that i'm approaching a "receiving limit" for the year... and i have to send them my ID to lift it.
The question is, would that do anything? Or should i just register a new account because there is no option to change your region after the initial sign up?
It's your choice, either provide what they are requesting or not. If you open a new account, you will need a new email address, bank account and credit card.
