i bought a laptop off ebay using paypal guest. i reactivaded my account just a few days ago and i don't have my records i think i deleted them=( from my email. is there anyway to get the transaction id? i need a refund from ebay but it said since i paid as a paypal guest i have to use there resolution center to file a dispute but i need the transaction id to do it.
Same situation. I bought an item on Ebay, haven't gotten it, seller won't respond. I paid as a guest user, so have no transaction id, but Ebay says I need to file through PayPal to dispute/seek refund. Feels like I'm getting the runaround here.
