i cannot withdraw monney to my vise card internal server error

i am new in paypal

i create personnel account

is full verified with my personnal visa card

i am from serbia

when i try to send monney fron my paypal balance to my visa card i get message internal server error

than i create a bisness account and linked it with my visa bisness gold card

this account to is full verified

with this account too i get same message when i try to withdraw monney to my visa card

also i look many message about this problem

i try to withdraw with fews link i find 

www.paypal.com/wdfunds

and some few another link i find but every time same essage error

i try also many variant, from firefox, IE, or chrome but every time same message error

i try also from another computer ,at desk, at home  but  still same message error

somebody have resolv it or get same problem ?

You will need to contact PayPal customer service in your region.  We do not have access to people's accounts or back end server tech stuff.  Do not keep opening new accounts.  If you have a issue with an account, call, or email, or Facebook, or Tweet PayPal in your region for help to get that account fixed.
