iPhone Push Notifications

The Paypal app is installed on my iPhone and my number is linked to my account.  However, within Settings (Settings\Account) the app advises that Push Notifications are turned off and the slide button is greyed out and cannot be moved.

The app adivses that I should go in to the iPhones Notification settings and enable notifications for the Paypal app.  The Push Notifications are however all enabled within the iPhones Notification settings.

I've reinstalled the app about 3 times, unlinked my phone from my account twice, and removed all old iPhones from my Paypal profile with no luck.

Short of reformatting the phone does anyone have any tips on how to resolve this issue?

I am experiencing the exact same problem. I have done everything you have mentioned form unlinking my devices to un/reinstalling. Please advise when you do come up with a solution, thank you. -Mike

Same problem here. I've unlinked and relinked my phone without luck.

Under Profile->"Mobile devices and push notifications" it says

"There are no applications included in your PayPal account"

Yep, me too. This worked on  my Iphone 5s but now wont work on my 6s. This is CRAZY! Please fix this!!!!!!!
