I have the lastest iphone and my paypal app latest version is showing a number 1 in the top right corner of the app, but i can not figure out how to read this message/notification. Ive searched the app and website and need some help please.
Hi, PP aren't set up for messages on the app. I use an iPhone 4s - log into PayPal through safari, find your messages - they'll appear as 1 line of text which you can scroll through - tap on the message you want to read - scroll across and find print option - tap print and complete message shows - tap cancel and voila! -read your message. If you need to read another message you have to log out and back in again.
