I dont have a bank account, but i have a debit card from social security that has a direct deposit to it monthly. Can i verify my paypal account with this card?

Greetings,
It should work out, yes as long as your correct address is attached to the card and you can use it for purchases at merchant sites/stores etc...And you have access to view the card statement. PP will make a very small charge (which will be refunded) and issue a code with that charge, in order to verify the card is yours, you will need to access the card transactions and supply that code to PP.
If you can do the above then it should work out- I believe you'll be able to add money to your PP with that card but you wont be able to withdraw to it..
