Bank Account IBAN problem

Hi, i recently recive some money on paypal and i want to withdraw them. I linked my credit card (MasterCard Raiffaisen Bank Romania) but when i try to link my bank account and i write my IBAN it tells me  ; "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." . So how can i withdraw my money ?

yes but when i click withdraw they ask for my bank account iban , when i insert it and click continue it shows me : Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.

Okay, since you would not let me continue  with my search for answers why Paypal will not let me change my secondary email address and FORCED ME TO SELECT THE "I ACCEPT" and participate in this survey, I have no  choice but to do so....

I am VERY BUSY AND HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS!!! 

I need for Paypal to make the button "do it later" or if there is one, the "not now" button work for instances like this..surely I am not the only one to expresses this disatisfaction.

And I hope Paypay posts this since I was FORCED to participate and give my coments!

I am trying to access the posts to find out why Paypay will not let me change my secondary email address so that I can swap it with my primary email address as link to my Paypal account. It just says "you can't receive these funds because another email address  is linked to it..." or something to that order.  Yes I AM THE OTHER EMAIL ADDRESS that is linked to it.   Help!   Anyone?  This is SO frustrating!

Not sure why you can't withdraw to your card as if your bank account is not a US bank account then you can't add it.

Has the card that you have added got funds on it and have you confirmed it?

And can you confirm that you are actually in Romania with a Romanian paypal account?
