First of all sorry for bad English. I have a big issue regarding my paypal account. I cant see the account balance when i logged in to my paypal account. But i can send payments through it. Also Icant see if my address verified or not. Also I cant contact Paypal help & support center because when i go to message center i cant compos a message. when i click compose message its rederecting to previouse page. Pls help me on this.
