Does my paypal address have to be the same address I add when I buy online?

Your address is your address where you live.

I made an account with aramex and had P.O boxes all over the world accept my own country . I don'tt have one in my city/country. When I wanted to buy something online , the address is one of them and it's different from the one in paypal , when I wanted to check out and pay , it said that my shipping address of the website doesnt match my paypal's. Which is true. But why is it like this? Why can't I just make a new account with the address I have in the website, add my mastercard number and ..like be done ? This is so hard.

You're question is not totally clear so we'll just take a guess.

Some merchants and/or sellers require a "confirmed" address.   This means that you billing address must be the same as your shipping address.  If the merchant and/or seller does require a "confirmed" address, you provide a billing address and the item can be shipped to a different address.

If you're PayPal Account was setup in one country, you cannot add shipping address to from another country.  For example, I have US PayPal Account, the system won't permit me to enter a shipping address in Russia.
