Help Please.

I have been permenantly limited and I can not remove any credit cards/bank accounts ect. I don't know what I did to get limited but I want to close down my account and I can not because of my emails, cards, accounts and all of that. I've tried to contact customer service but I never get a response. Is there ANY way I can resolve this, or will I never be able to use my accounts and cards again with PayPal?

The whole point of paypal 'limiting' your account is so that you can't remove your bank account and card info as it reduces the risk to them of you opening another paypal account without them knowing.

Equally why you can't use that same email address.

That is why its limited and not closed.

Is there any way I can ever use the same info again, like 180 days?

If paypal have said its a permanent limitation then that means that you can't open another paypal account ever and if you do then it will be closed as well.

Great. Tbh I don't know what I did to get it like that but oh well RIP PayPal option.
