How can I delete (get rid of) paypal SMALL BALANCE??!

Hi all ! So to start with I got a small balance in my account (around 0.39 $) And I want to CLOSE my account .... Can anyone HELP me?!!!!!! Thank.

Know a friend or family member with PayPal that you can send 39 cents to?  Be sure to remove all cards and banks in the account before you close it.
