How to create custom donate button

Hi, I want to create a donate button so people can tip me for music videos, a kind of cyber busking. I can't see the tools option on my account. Do I need a business account for this ? Thanks

Yes, Personal accounts are basically for buying stuff and sending/receiving money to/from family and/or friends.  You would need to upgrade to a Business account in order to create and use Donate buttons, Buy Now, Add to Cart and Subscriptions.

Oh okay thanks, one more question: With a personal account can friends and family without a PayPal account donate ? -Rob
