Hello Fren , I have an Indian paypal account and that have been lock as a result of dispute negative amount lying over 180 days. SO now i want to unlock the dispute and for that paypal is asking to pay money order or cheque in USD and courier to them. SO would like to know how to send money order from India to USA as here no bank or agency allowing to send in USD.
