How to resolve resolution center

i only see this page when i click on resolution center please tell me how to find other fields

Try clicking on everything to see if it takes you anywhere that has fields. If not, call PayPal customer service in your region.  Click Contact on the bottom of page.

Did receive some items form the seller but not all the order they gust sent few and the sheep but all the amount it's with them so investigation was week because it's all in your page that I will receive the rest later and numbers you chick still in China so you gave them chance to play with all costmors and your logo show that is save up to now I did not receive so I need my money didacting what I toke
