Hey guys so TD bank and TD Ameritrade have the same logo but are not the same. Anyway I want to transfer funds and when connecting the bank it asks for routing and account number, then states it will send 2 deposits and withdrawel which you need to verify amounts. TD Ameritrade states for wire transfers I need to wire to Wells Fargo Bank, NA 420 Montgomery Street San Francisco, CA 94104 ABA transit routing #xxxxxxx. For credit to TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. Account #xxxxxxx (gives a number which is not my account number) Then For benefit of: Account #xxxxxxxx (this one is mine) Your name Your address. It states that last part is "required for timely and accurate processing of your wire request" and also "To ensure credit to your account, have your bank include the sender's name on the wire" but on paypal it has nowhere to input that number. I may have to transfer to my other bank and then transfer from there, but this would save time. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Can you write checks on your TD Ameritrade bank account? Checks will have the routing and account numbers.
If the account is a savings account it will also have such numbers.
You need to link your account directly to a bank account.

adding to your brokerage bank account is not the same as adding to your brokerage account.
You better call your broker.
