How to update billing address for Paypal Business Debit Mastercard?

I've looked everywhere, searched the forums, tried everything, and yet I can find NO information on how to change or update the billing address for my Paypal Business Debit Mastercard! I've already updated my primary address for my Paypal account, but the billing address for my card is still showing an old address and offers no options or abilities to change it as well to match. Very frustrating, and causing a problem currently with a transaction due to the billing address of the card being incorrect.

How do I change my debit card billing address?

When you change your primary PayPal account address, we’ll automatically update your primary debit card billing address with the same address.

Follow the instructions below to change your debit card billing address:

Log in to your PayPal account and go to your account Profile. From there, you can change, add, or remove an address. The address you use for your debit card must be a physical U.S. mailing address because we can’t send cards to a PO Box.

Had to call customer service to have them manually update the address even though I'd changed the addresses on the website for my primary and billing address. Guess their system doesn't do this automatically any more.

I had the same problem. Updated my mailing address on the site months ago and yet I just got a notice that my new PayPal debit card couldn't be sent because they had my old address yet there's nowhere to change it for the card. Ridiculous and frustrating.
