It wont let me add my card info or the routing and account number so I can use the card as payment. please help
Have you registered both your name and address with the card issuer ?? Make sure that both name and address match the name and address associated with your PayPal Account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
