I don't have a phone number in USA, how can I do?

 I need to send money to another paypal account and the system asks me to confirm my account with a phone number. My venezuelan phone number doesn't work and I tried to use my sister's in law phone number but doesn't work either because it is not under my name. I really need to send this money, is there another way that I can use to confirm my account? (One of my e mails or something) I'm totally worried...

You can't circumvent PayPal security models.

For a U. S. account you need a phone number registered to your name and address as on PayPal.

There are other options for sending money, such as Moneygram.

In the U. S. you can request a check be mailed.

did you open your paypal account in USA or venezuela?

if in USA,and you are in USA,then askf or a bank check,or tranfer to a bank account ,but it does not sound like your are in USA.
